SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Minimum 48 hours required on either side of charter dates for boat transit (in addition to normal turnaround). Please inquire for availability and relocation fees.

Captain Jonny Anderson
Captain Jonny is a qualified Charter Yacht Captain with a lifelong passion for the ocean and more than 10 years of professional experience in watersports and the luxury marine industry. Having grown up sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing, in the North East of England where he naturally developed a career centered around life on the water, combining technical expertise with a genuine love for adventure and hospitality.
His career includes senior leadership roles such as Head of Watersports at Necker Island, the private island retreat of Richard Branson. Throughout his career, he has specialized in vessel operations, crew leadership, guest safety, and delivering exceptional charter experiences.
A qualified Divemaster with extensive marine knowledge, he brings a calm, professional presence to every voyage while creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for guests onboard. His background across sailing, foiling, surfing, kitesurfing, and diving has shaped a strong respect for the ocean, adaptability in changing conditions, and a consistent focus on safety and performance.
Passionate about exploration and continuous learning, he regularly travels in search of new locations and challenges to further develop his skills both above and below the water. His lifestyle and profession are closely aligned, allowing him to bring energy, enthusiasm, and authentic ocean experience to every charter.
Chef Molly Brookfield-Paul
Molly grew up traveling with her family, gaining a deep appreciation for other cultures and often
experiencing this through food. She began solo travelling in her 20s, visiting a lot of Europe and
Southeast Asia. After learning to cook, she embarked on culinary adventures in her own kitchen,
constantly experimenting with different recipes.
With years of experience in hospitality, she developed an appreciation for service, attention to
detail, and love for the industry. During Covid, Molly hosted countless dinner parties for friends
and family as a vessel for expanding her culinary knowledge and spending time with loved
ones.
Driven by a love of travel, the ocean, and fine cuisine, she eventually found her way to the
yachting world—a place where culinary creativity meets adventure. As a yacht chef, Molly brings
global flavors, seasonal ingredients, and personalized menus to life for guests exploring some
of the most beautiful destinations on earth.
Every meal is an opportunity to tell a story, and every charter is a chance to elevate the
experience through food. Whether provisioning in remote ports or designing menus around
dietary needs and cultural preferences, she takes pride in being adaptable, resourceful, and
always passionate about what she does. Molly can’t wait to welcome you onboard Andiamo and
